    Abstract.<\/em><\/strong> The issues of formation of a reflective signal of the soil during remote sensing of water-saturated landscapes, taking into account the influence of organic substances present in the soil, are analyzed. The question of the optimal evaluation of the reflected signal from moistened soil in a site in which organic matter is also present is investigated. Integral evaluation of the reflected signal from the area in which the water layer and organic matter are unevenly distributed showed that with some dependence of SOM (organic matter content in the soil) depending on the thickness of the water layer on the sub-stages, the studied estimate reaches a minimum.<\/em><\/p>\n
